Starline Community Services.

Starline Community Services was founded in 2002 and has been providing 24-hour care and supervision in the Michiana area for more than 12 years. The main mission and foundation of the organization is the principle of dedication to building trust with each individual receiving service(s).

The organization is established on the principles of committing to a greater cause by contributing to the needs of a certain population in our community.

For more than a decade, the organization has been surveyed by multiple state agencies for service delivery and fiduciary responsibility in addition to a minimum of every three years survey by The Joint Commission from 2011.

Just recently, our programs supported individuals throughout the Covid-19 pandemic without wavering by ensuring that each individual’s needs were met despite the hardships experienced throughout the country. Our staff kept the promise of ensuring all individuals’ needs were supported in all aspects of life.

The programs are individualized and focus on the individual’s ability to improve and enhance their lives. Starline Community Services is committed to supporting individuals in service to meet personal goals. We support each person to achieve the highest quality with a sharp focus on promoting individuality and independence while maintaining optimal health, happiness, and safety.

All plans are adapted from the individual’s Personal Centered Individualized Plan with a higher emphasis on working with the individual and his team to improve emotional well-being, personal safety, money management, budgeting, household management, clothing care, nutrition, and grocery shopping.

The organization takes pride in its work especially in meeting the needs of individuals with significant and unstable medical needs areas in addition to individuals with high-functioning abilities with significant unmanaged behavioral health needs.

The management team works well with area medical specialists in advocating for the individuals and designing care plans that meet their individual needs.
